Shipping policy
Shipping is determined by weight of the total package and the location the package is being sent. If you are a local please take advantage of our curbside pick up at the time of checkout. In the unlikely event of a package not being delivered and or “misplaced” Shopify will notify seller . Customer will have 3 days after confirmation email to contact seller if they believe package has not been delivered and seller has not been notified . If package is noted on USPS as delivered customer must take up package misplacement with local carrier facility. Contacting USPS may result in store credit a percentage or exact dollar amount for next purchase (store credit will be discussed with seller) Please Note if package is entered as delivered on trippyscloset.com and confirmation was sent , you may or may not be able to receive package/refund this will be handled on a case by case basis.
